We have over 50 years combined experience in seafood retail sales, restaurant management and culinary cuisine preparation. Our founder Randy Essig a seafood retail and restaurant business owner and his team include a culinary trained chef, and an dedicated chef passionate about fine food and entertaining.

Paradise Shrimp Company was founded in 1995 as a supplier of fresh (never frozen) gulf pink shrimp. Today, our company has a full service seafood and gourmet market offering the freshest seafood available in Southwest Florida. In addition to offering a complete line of world-class fresh seafood, our company manufactures over thirty ready-to-eat and ready-to-heat gourmet seafood products under our own Paradise Seafood Market label. Visitors to the shop can sample many of these products including our famous Spicy Smoked Grouper Dip and best selling New England Lobster Dip. The well-stocked market offers everything from appetizer to dessert, and our expert staff will help you put it all together. In 2005, Paradise Shrimp Company partnered with HMS Host to offer travelers at S.W. Florida International Airport Terminal 'D' some of our unique seafood products, including ‘Carry out - Carry home’ items packed for travel.
The management at Paradise Shrimp Company is dedicated to more than bringing you world-class fresh seafood, fabulous gourmet manufactured products, and unique grocery items, we also closely monitor the environmental issues and regulations affecting fishery resources and seafood safety.
We support sustainable fishery programs and oppose illegal fishing and aquaculture methods that are detrimental to the environment. We carry preservative free wild gulf pink shrimp, chemical free sea scallops, organically farmed and wild salmon, and pasteurized oysters. All our products are manufactured under the FDA HACCP food safety program and we welcome questions from customers on fishery resource and seafood safety issues.
